How long will it take for my BMX bike to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For custom builds, please allow an additional 2 days for our professional mechanics to assemble and safety-check your bike before dispatch.
Do bikes arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled in a large box. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seat. Tools and instructions are included with every bike purchase.
What is your return policy for parts and apparel?
We offer a 90-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that used parts or bikes that have been ridden cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do you ship BMX components internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties.
How do I know which frame size is right for me?
Frame size depends on your height and riding style. Generally, riders between 5'0" and 5'6" prefer a 20" to 20.5" top tube, while taller riders prefer 21" or above. Check our comprehensive Size Guide for more details.
