Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in new, uninstalled condition with all original tags and packaging intact within 90 days of purchase.

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and attach the provided return shipping label, then drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your full refund or ship out your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
